Rupin Pass
Brief Overview
-
Located on the border of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, India, nearest towns are Mori and Purola from Dhaula base
-
This phenomenal trek begins in Uttarakhand with vast majority of trek running through Himachal Pradesh. This trek offers stupendous views at every turn and makes anyone awestruck with its pulchritude
-
Along the way you will encounter a plethora of startled waterfalls, ample snow bridges, lush forests of fir, rhododendron and oak, glacial meadows and ravishing glimpses of Kailash Peak
-
The trail runs along the turquoise waters of Rupin River, concluding with an ultimate view of the famous three stage waterfall
-
The final stretch takes you through a narrow, snow-laden gully, which echoes every sound, making for a unique experience that most trekkers have never had
